Our History

In 2003, God set aside a store front building for his people. A wonderful Christian lady named Mary Hellen was looking for a building for a beauty salon. Mary was new in the Adairsville area. She found the perfect place, the right location and the right price. The building needed some repairs but it looked too good to be true. She went home to pray about it. God spoke to her and said "that building has been set aside for my people." She left it alone.

Months go by and the building is still empty. Steve Morrow was speaking to God and God speaks. " I am calling you into a Pastoral Ministry." Steve had never pastored before, but as he obeyed God's call, he called three friends and said "God has spoken to be about a Pastoral Ministry, if you are serious about a new work for God meet me Wednesday night. That Wednesday night fourty one people showed up. Sunday morning we were having church in a building that God set aside.

With no people, no money, no building, no sound equipment and no chairs, God started a church. In four days everything was in place. We had eighty nine people in our first service with a building, sound equipment, chairs and a $2000.00 offering.

We know that God has a plan. The church must let God move. He can do more if we get ourselves out of the way.

We have 16 ministries helping people with necessities and finding salvation with discipleship programs for all ages. You will not find a more friendly church than New Life Ministries.

Upcoming Events

We at New Life Ministries will be fasting January 3rd - the 24th. Please join us in prayer and fasting and be expecting with us to see God move in a supernatural way!!!

January 11th at 7:00 Ladies Meeting.

January 24th following the A.M. service the ladies ministry will be hosting a fundraiser dinner. We will have spaghetti, salad, breadstick and dessert. $5.00 a person or $20.00 a family.

February 13th we will be having a Valentines Banquet at New Life Ministries at 5:00. Menu: grilled chicken, greenbeans, baked potatoe, salad, rolls, dessert.

Food bank is open the 3rd Saturday of every month.

Men's Fellowship is the 3rd Saturday of every month 8:30 a.m.
